React/Vite Website Developer with Technical SEO Experience

Ongoing React/Vite Website Developer with Practical SEO Experience I run a UK measured surveying website built as a React/Vite codebase and managed in GitHub. I’m looking for an ongoing contractor who can help improve the website and SEO over time. This is not a WordPress/CMS-only role. You must be comfortable working directly in an existing React/Vite codebase and making clean, controlled changes. The site includes service pages, local SEO pages, PPC landing pages, quote forms, tracking/lead attribution, schema, canonical URLs, sitemap generation, Supabase-backed features, and SEO/build validation scripts. Work may include: - React/Vite website tweaks and fixes - service page improvements - technical SEO implementation - metadata, schema, internal linking and canonical fixes - PPC landing page improvements - GA4/GTM and lead tracking checks - performance/Core Web Vitals improvements - responsive layout and small UX improvements I need someone who understands both code and SEO. I am not looking for an SEO consultant who only provides reports, or a developer with no SEO understanding. Budget/time: I have a limited ongoing budget, so I want to keep the work controlled and easy to track. Ideally this would be up to around one day per week on an ongoing basis, with extra hours agreed in advance for specific tasks or sprints.
