Find Verified Emails for +20K Contacts

We have a spreadsheet of Australian employment agreements scraped via OCR. Each row holds the document details plus the signatory name, as detected by OCR. We want to enrich the signatories with verified contact data and then pull a second list of relevant contacts from the same companies. Enrichment to be sourced from Apollo (or equivalent). DELIVERABLES ------------ There are two outputs: - PART 1: the existing sheet, enriched inline with contact data for each signatory. - PART 2: a separate sheet of supplementary contacts at the same companies. ============================================================ PART 1: ENRICH THE SIGNATORIES (INLINE) ============================================================ For each signatory in the sheet, find their contact record and add the fields below alongside the existing agreement details. Do not move or strip the agreement columns. Everything stays on the same row. FIELDS TO ADD - First Name - Last Name - Title - Company Name (trading name) - Company Industry - Company URL - LinkedIn URL - Verified email (company domain) MATCHING NOTES - Fuzzy match the signatory name. OCR may have introduced a typo (e.g. "Lohn Doe" for "John Doe") or the person may use a different form of their name (e.g. "Johnathon" vs "John"). - The company may trade under a different name to the ============================================================ PART 2: SUPPLEMENTARY COMPANY CONTACTS (SEPARATE SHEET) ============================================================ For each company in the sheet, find additional relevant contacts and put them in a new sheet. Capture the same fields as Part 1. TARGET TITLES Include any contact whose title contains: - Industrial Relations - Manager, Director, Head or Chief - IR - Manager, Director, Head or Chief - Employment Relations - Manager, Director, Head or Chief - ER - Manager, Director, Head or Chief - Payroll - Director, Head or Chief - Human Resources - Director, Head or Chief - HR - Director, Head or Chief - People - Director, Head or Chief - CHRO - CFO - CEO REFERENCE BACK Reference the source record on every row. Each supplementary contact must carry the originating agreement's title, ID, case number and employee representative so the contact can be traced back. ============================================================ DATA STANDARDS (APPLY TO BOTH PARTS) ============================================================ - Australian contacts and Australian companies only. - Resolve the trading name before searching. The legal entity in the agreement often will not match Apollo cleanly, so identify the trading name to make the search reliable. - Emails must be verified. - Email domain must match the company. No personal emails (no gmail, hotmail etc.), no emails for other companies the person is or was active at, and no stale addresses from a previous employer.
