App Store & Google Play Full Publication + QA — React App on Base44 Platform

We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to take our existing app through the full publication process on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring it is fully operational and approved on both platforms. About the app: Pangea is Australia's first integrated digital settlement platform for migrants, refugees, and international students. The app is currently on Google Play Console in internal testing track and needs to be moved to full public release. The Apple App Store submission needs to be completed from scratch. Tech stack: Frontend: React + Vite + Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui Backend & hosting: Base44 (managed platform that handles auth, serverless functions, database entities, and generates both the Android APK/AAB and iOS builds natively) Payments: Stripe Marketing website: pangeaconnects.com hosted on Netlify (separate from the app) Important: Base44 generates the mobile builds directly (AAB/APK for Android and the iOS build). You do not need to build or configure a WebView wrapper — that is handled by the platform. Your role is to take those builds through the full store submission and approval process, resolve existing bugs, ensure the app is fully operational on both platforms, and link the published apps back to our marketing website. What we need: Google Play Store: Resolve a confirmed logout/session persistence bug present in the AAB build generated by Base44. The bug causes session/auth state to not clear properly on logout within the Android WebView. This was identified during internal testing on Google Play Console and needs to be fully resolved before moving to production. Complete all store listing requirements (screenshots, descriptions, content rating, privacy policy link) Move from internal testing → closed testing → open testing → production Ensure app passes all Google Play policy reviews Apple App Store: Configure Apple Developer account, provisioning profiles, certificates and signing Submit iOS build via App Store Connect Set up TestFlight for internal testing before public release Note: The session persistence bug confirmed on Android may also affect the iOS build given it likely originates at the Base44 platform level — candidate must assess and resolve on iOS as well if present Pass App Store review successfully Marketing website integration: Add "Download on the App Store" and "Get it on Google Play" buttons to pangeaconnects.com once both apps are live and approved Buttons must link directly to the live store listings Website is built in HTML/CSS hosted on Netlify — straightforward implementation General: Test on minimum 3 Android devices and 3 iOS devices Verify all core user flows: registration, login, logout, onboarding, subscription via Stripe, and main navigation Document any bugs found with proposed fixes Deliver a handover document with all credentials, certificates, and steps for future updates You must have: Proven experience publishing apps to both Google Play and Apple App Store Experience working with managed app platforms (Base44, Bubble, WeWeb, or similar no-code/low-code platforms that generate mobile builds) Experience resolving session/auth persistence bugs on mobile Strong communication — updates required at each milestone Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Please include in your proposal: Links to 2–3 apps you have published on both stores Your approach to resolving a logout/session persistence bug without direct server access Estimated timeline Fixed price quote for the complete scope Budget: Fixed price — $600–$950 USD.
