Kajabi Expert for Physician-Led Platform

I am launching a metabolic health education membership platform on Kajabi, and I need an experienced Kajabi specialist to build it with me. Launch date is July 17, 2026, so this is a defined project with a real deadline. ABOUT THE PROJECT I run a health education brand with an established audience. I am moving my paid community onto Kajabi to host structured daily programs, a member community, and progress tracking. The content is written and being recorded. I need someone who knows Kajabi deeply to build the home it lives in, optimize it, and maximize conversion. WHAT I NEED BUILT - Full Kajabi platform setup, configured cleanly and on brand (I have brand colors, fonts, and visual references ready) - Public-facing pages built inside Kajabi (homepage, sales/landing page, checkout), clean and on brand - Two 30-day programs ("Phase 1" and "Phase 2"), each delivered as daily lessons. I also want the template for future programs (with the same structure, that I am able to add to the programs offered. - A reusable program template I can clone for future topics, so new programs are fast to launch - Drip scheduling so members receive one lesson per day, not the full program at once (content protection matters to me) - A clear path on login so members choose which program to start - Community space setup for member interaction - Member journaling and progress-tracking setup using Kajabi's tools - Two offers configured: a founding-member rate and a standard rate, plus a discount coupon - Checkout flows tested end to end before launch - Guidance on the Kajabi branded mobile app, and help configuring it WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE A clean, premium, fully tested platform that opens to members on July 17 with zero broken flows. I care about quality and reliability more than speed or the lowest price. WHO I AM LOOKING FOR - Demonstrated Kajabi experience (please share links to platforms or memberships you have built) - Strong eye for clean, premium design, not template-default looking - Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs to a non-technical founder - Reliable with deadlines BUDGET AND STRUCTURE Flexible but thinking Project-based, around $2,000 for the full build.
