## About the Role We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented **Full-Time Virtual Assistant** to support daily operations and project management. This is not a basic administrative role—we are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, resourceful, and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, comfortable communicating with team members and clients, and experienced in managing workflows using ClickUp. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage and organize projects, tasks, and workflows in ClickUp. * Coordinate daily operations and ensure projects stay on schedule. * Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and partners. * Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and maintain accountability across teams. * Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements. * Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team coordination when needed. * Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal processes. * Conduct research and support business growth initiatives. * Handle administrative and operational tasks as assigned. ## Requirements * Fluent English speaking and writing skills. * Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and team members. * Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role. * Advanced knowledge of ClickUp and task management systems. * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. * Forward-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Reliable internet connection and professional work environment. * Full-time availability. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing remote teams. * Knowledge of process improvement and business operations. * Experience creating SOPs and operational documentation. * Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools. ## What We're Looking For We want someone who takes initiative, thinks ahead, and solves problems before they become issues.
