Job Opening: Dispute Manager About us We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand processing a high volume of transactions daily through TikTok Ads. As our business continues to scale, we're looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Dispute Manager to strengthen our team. This is a results-driven role where your performance directly impacts what you earn. What you'll do You handle all incoming disputes and chargebacks across our payment platforms with one goal: winning them. You build strong, well-documented cases by collecting evidence such as order confirmations, tracking information, proof of delivery, and customer communication. You respond to disputes within the required timeframes and ensure no deadlines are ever missed. You maintain a clear overview of all open disputes, including win rates, ongoing cases, and outcomes. You communicate professionally and persuasively with payment processors and platforms. You proactively identify patterns in disputes and report recurring issues to the team to reduce future chargebacks. What we're looking for Proven experience in dispute management, chargeback handling, or a similar role within e-commerce is a strong plus. You are extremely detail-oriented — you don't miss a deadline, a document, or a single piece of evidence that could win a case. You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Your writing is professional, clear, and persuasive. You are organized, structured, and capable of managing multiple open cases simultaneously without losing oversight. You take ownership of your work. You don't wait around — you actively go after wins. You respond quickly and are reliable. Being reachable and proactive is not optional in this role — it's a requirement. You stay sharp under pressure, even when managing a high volume of cases.
