We provide high-value solutions to medical practices and pharmaceutical businesses. We are expanding our outreach and looking for an elite, high-energy Appointment Setter who can comfortably navigate the medical space and speak peer-to-peer with high-level healthcare professionals. Job Description: Your primary mission is to call medical offices, clinics, and pharmaceutical businesses, successfully navigate past medical gatekeepers (receptionists, practice managers), and book qualified appointments with doctors and business owners for our executive team. This is a sophisticated B2B sales role. You must have an exceptionally high level of fluent English, a neutral/professional accent, and the confidence to speak with medical professionals without sounding scripted. Schedule & Hours: Hours: Full-Time (Minimum 40 hours per week). Days: 5 days per week (Monday through Friday). Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (US EST). You must be fully available to work during these exact US business hours. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound B2B cold calls to medical clinics, doctors' offices, and pharmaceutical business owners. Master the gatekeeper: Strategically navigate past front-desk medical staff to reach the decision-maker (Doctors/Owners). Deliver a concise, high-value pitch tailored to the healthcare industry. Secure and schedule qualified appointments directly onto our sales calendar. Track call outcomes and lead data accurately in our CRM. Required Skills & Setup: Experience: Proven track record in B2B cold calling, medical/healthcare lead generation, or high-ticket appointment setting. Language: Flawless, highly fluent spoken English with a highly professional, neutral tone. Highly motivated and resilient. Tech: A perfectly quiet home office, noise-canceling headset, high-speed internet, and power/internet backups. Compensation & Incentives: Base Rate: $3.00 - $7.00 per hour (based on experience). The Incentive: We love rewarding results! On top of your hourly pay. For solid ran appointments $2.00 per appointment must be qualified. $20-$500 CLOSED-SALE BONUS: For every qualified appointment you book that ultimately results in a closed sale for our company, an extra bonus will be added directly to your paycheck!
