Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Lead Acquisition Manager who can help us generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, especially using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, for tech and digital service projects. Our company provides services including: - Website design and development - App development - SaaS and AI automation solutions - SEO and digital marketing - Google Ads and Meta Ads - Business automation systems Your main responsibility will be to identify, connect with, and start conversations with potential business clients who may need these services. Responsibilities: - Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find qualified B2B leads - Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, company size, job title, and business needs - Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages - Start conversations with business owners, founders, managers, and decision-makers - Qualify leads based on interest, budget, business need, and project timeline - Book appointments or hand off warm leads to our sales team - Maintain a simple lead tracking sheet with daily activity - Suggest improvements to outreach scripts, targeting, and follow-up strategy - Email marketing experience is a plus, including cold email outreach, follow-up sequences, and basic campaign tracking Ideal Candidate: - Has proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation - Has hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Understands B2B outreach and appointment setting - Can write clear, professional, and personalized outreach messages - Has experience generating leads for tech, web development, marketing, SaaS, or agency services - Knows how to find decision-makers and avoid spammy outreach - Can work independently and report daily progress - Email marketing experience is a strong plus Preferred Experience: -LinkedIn Sales Navigator prospecting -Cold email outreach and email marketing campaigns -Experience working with digital agencies, software companies, or B2B service providers -Experience booking meetings for website, app, SEO, ads, or automation projects -Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar lead tracking/outreach tools What We Need From You: Please include the following in your proposal: 1. Your previous LinkedIn lead generation experience 2. Your experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator 3. Examples of industries or niches you have generated leads for 4. Your outreach process 5. Any tools you use for LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, or lead tracking We are looking for someone reliable for long-term work. The goal is not just sending messages, but generating real conversations and qualified opportunities for tech projects.
