Full Time Video Editor for 8 Figure Personal Care Brand | $2,000/Month + Performance Bonuses About This Opportunity We're an 8-figure personal care ecommerce brand seeking an experienced video editor to join our core team full time. The Role You'll be responsible for producing 15-20 talking head videos per week (2 to 3 minutes each) featuring image/video overlays, captions, and subtitles . These are simple UGC compilations. They're sophisticated, story driven ads that require precision, creativity, and attention to detail. You'll have access to our extensive content library and AI tools to create custom assets and enhance your editing capabilities. Our standards are exceptionally high because every ad directly impacts our bottom line. We focus on visual storytelling that converts viewers into customers through paid advertising campaigns. Requirements Non negotiables: • Available for full time commitment (we can start part time during trial period) • Expert level video editing skills with proven ecommerce/direct response experience • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or commitment to switch immediately) • Conversational English and understanding of North American culture • Portfolio demonstrating product marketing and storytelling capabilities • Ability to handle demanding workloads with precision and consistency This role is NOT for: • Beginners or those seeking casual part time work • Editors who can only commit a few hours weekly • Anyone unable to meet strict quality standards Compensation Package • Base: $2,000 USD monthly retainer (full time) • Performance Bonus: $250 - $1000 per winning video ad • Additional Benefits: Access to premium AI tools and ongoing training Application Instructions To be considered, please: 1.
