We are a performance marketing agency with established lead generation clients, and we are hiring a media buyer to start on a paid trial campaign. We already have a proven formula for ads that work, so we will train the right person up. That means attitude matters to us far more than years of experience. We are looking for someone who is punctual, a genuine self starter, and hungry to get results. What we want in month one is simple: complete tasks promptly and show a strong desire to hit targets. You should also be comfortable getting hands on with creative, not just buying media. This is a growth role. We are not looking to fill a seat.
