WordPress Developer Required – Partner Referral Tracking System for Luxury Product Configurator Project Overview We are a UK-based luxury fire table manufacturer. Our website is built on WordPress and uses a Zakeke 3D product configurator. We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a simple partner referral tracking system. Our business works on a lead generation model rather than an online checkout model. Customers configure a bespoke fire table, submit an enquiry/quotation request, and our sales team converts the lead manually. Required Functionality 1. Partner Referral Links Create a system where each partner receives a unique URL, for example: * luumefires.com/configurator/?ref=OSC * luumefires.com/configurator/?ref=PartnerName When a customer visits via this link, the referral source should be captured. 2. Cookie Tracking The referral information should be stored in a browser cookie for a minimum of 90 days. The system should continue to track the partner even if the customer leaves the website and returns later. 3. Zakeke Quote Form Integration The customer completes a 3D design using the Zakeke configurator and submits a quotation/enquiry request. The developer must investigate how to pass the stored referral information into the Zakeke enquiry form via a hidden field or another suitable method. The enquiry should clearly show: Referral Partner: Open Space Concepts or the relevant partner name. 4. Lead Recording We would like a simple backend area or database record where we can view: * Date of enquiry * Customer details * Referral partner * Configured product (if available) * Enquiry status (optional) A simple CSV export would be advantageous. 5. Future Scalability The system should be designed so that additional partners can easily be added in future without requiring development work.
