Summary

Responsibilities: - Source ergonomic equipment suppliers globally (US, Canada, Mexico, EU, Australia) - Identify products that meet approved budget requirements - Negotiate pricing and supplier terms - Validate shipping, fulfillment, and country availability Collect and organize: - Product images - SKU numbers - Product descriptions - Ordering links - Country availability - Maintain equipment database and website catalog - Coordinate with web development team on brochure/product page updates - Create vendor documentation and procurement workflows - Manage ongoing vendor relationships and annual catalog refreshes
