Academic Ghostwriter for Statistical Analysis

Seeking an experienced researcher/statistician to assist with a scholarly article examining Mothers Against Drunk Driving's (MADD) claims regarding reductions in alcohol-impaired driving fatalities. The project will combine literature review, policy analysis, and original analysis of publicly available datasets (e.g., NHTSA FARS, CDC, Census, legislative datasets). The goal is to evaluate whether the evidence supports the magnitude of attribution often claimed by MADD and to assess competing explanations, methodological limitations, and alternative interpretations of long-term traffic-safety trends.
