Forum Engagement & Community Outreach Specialist (Part-Time)

About Us We are a fast-growing AI search and digital visibility agency helping brands improve their visibility across forums, communities, and AI-generated search results. We are looking for a detail-oriented contractor to help manage forum engagement campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is not a content writing role. Most content is already created or generated through our internal systems. The primary responsibility is reviewing, implementing, monitoring, and tracking campaign activity. Responsibilities Forum Research & Review Review forum threads identified by our internal tools Read thread context and existing discussions Evaluate whether proposed responses are relevant and appropriate Verify that responses align with community guidelines and conversation tone Quality Assurance (QA) Review drafted comments before publication Ensure responses are natural, relevant, and helpful Check for factual accuracy and brand alignment Make minor edits as needed Campaign Implementation Submit approved comments and posts through our publishing platform Monitor publication status Identify rejected, removed, or failed placements Resubmit or replace placements when necessary Tracking & Reporting Update Google Sheets and internal tracking systems Record placement status and outcomes Maintain accurate campaign records Flag issues or trends that require attention Process Improvement Help identify recurring issues Suggest workflow improvements Follow documented SOPs and checklists Requirements Must Have Excellent written English Strong attention to detail Ability to follow processes consistently Comfortable working in Google Sheets Comfortable learning new software tools Strong organizational skills Nice to Have Experience with online communities, forums, or social platforms QA or content review experience Community management experience Digital marketing experience SEO, AEO, content marketing, or social media experience Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Notices small mistakes Enjoys following systems and processes Can make sound judgment calls Is highly organized Communicates proactively Can manage repetitive tasks without losing quality Hours Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start Opportunity for additional hours as we grow To Apply Please tell us: Your experience reviewing or moderating online content.
