Senior QA Engineer & Strategist: E2E Lead-to-Cash (Playwright/Python)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team as soon as possible. This is a hybrid role requiring both high-level strategic consulting and hands-on technical engineering to secure our critical lead-to-cash processes. We require someone available for full-time, heavy-lifting immediately, with the expectation that hours will eventually be reduced once major project milestones are achieved. Your Responsibilities This role is divided into two primary layers: 1. Strategic Consulting & Architecture - Framework Extension: Evaluate our pre-built Playwright/Python testing framework. We are open to discussions on extending its capabilities, but a fundamental rebuild is neither wanted nor needed. - QA Strategy: Provide expert guidance on scaling the QA layers for our specific tech stack and lead-to-cash workflows. - CI/CD Integration: Collaborate with DevOps to ensure tests are integrated smoothly into our CI/CD pipeline (e.g., GitHub Actions, or similar Salesforce native CI/CD tooling). - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic QA bridge, working in direct interaction with our Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Lead-to-Cash Product Owners. - Test Case Management: Collaborate with our Head of Operations Platform on tooling and processes for future test case/business requirements management. Hands-On Engineering & Implementation - Test Automation: Write, implement, and maintain comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) and integration tests within the existing Playwright/Python framework to populate it with robust content. - Cross-System Validation: Ensure seamless data flow and process integrity across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Odoo. - Defect Management: Identify, document, and triage bugs, collaborating closely with the engineering team for rapid resolution. Required Skills & Experience - Senior Playwright/Python Expert: Extensive background in automated testing architectures using Python and Playwright, with proven success adopting and extending existing frameworks. - CRM UI Testing Expertise: Proven experience handling the specific challenges of automating CRM/ERP interfaces with Playwright (e.g., navigating dynamic element IDs, iFrames, and Shadow DOMs in Salesforce). - Lead-to-Cash Knowledge: Deep understanding of revenue operations and the typical lead-to-cash lifecycle. - System Familiarity: Strong practical experience testing integrations involving HubSpot, Salesforce, and Odoo. - Communication & Availability: Excellent English communication skills.
