AI Project Manager

Job Title AI Project Manager – Construction & Business Automation (Remote) Company Overview Estime Enterprises, Inc. is a commercial general contractor based in the Washington DC metropolitan area. We specialize in tenant fit-outs, renovations, facility maintenance, and construction services for universities, commercial property managers, and Fortune 500 clients. This summer, we are launching an internal AI initiative focused on automation, marketing, lead generation, HR workflows, and AI-powered customer service tools. We are hiring a remote AI Project Manager to supervise and coordinate two interns while helping implement practical AI systems for our business. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy AI Project Manager located in India or the Philippines to manage a 6-week summer AI internship program. The Project Manager will: Meet with interns daily Assign tasks and monitor progress Help build AI workflows and automations Research AI tools and platforms Coordinate implementation of AI systems Provide weekly updates to company leadership This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience using AI business tools, no-code automation platforms, marketing automation systems, and AI assistants. Internship Program Goals The interns will work on: AI workflow automation for HR and recruiting Construction marketing outreach systems AI voice agents for lead generation AI-powered website development AI phone assistant/chatbot systems CRM and email automation The Project Manager will help guide, coordinate, and support these projects. Responsibilities Conduct short daily virtual meetings with interns Assign and track weekly deliverables Develop project timelines and task lists Assist with implementation of AI tools and automations Research and test AI software platforms Create simple SOPs and documentation Coordinate workflow between interns and company leadership Monitor productivity and training progress Help troubleshoot technical issues Recommend AI tools for construction and business operations Organize project files and reporting Preferred Skills Required Strong English communication skills Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot Experience with project management tools Strong organizational skills Ability to manage interns and deadlines independently Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Preferred Experience with any of the following: Zapier Make.com HubSpot CRM AI chatbots AI voice agents WordPress or Wix No-code automation platforms Digital marketing automation Social media outreach Construction industry experience Upwork or remote team management Work Schedule Remote position Approximately 10–20 hours per week Flexible schedule, but must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for meetings 6-week initial contract Potential for ongoing work after internship Deliverables By the end of the internship program, we expect: Functional AI workflow automations AI voice assistant prototype AI website/chatbot implementation Documented SOPs and training guides Weekly progress reports Recommendations for future AI implementation Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys experimenting with AI tools Is highly organized and proactive Can manage young interns professionally Likes building automation systems Wants long-term growth opportunities with a U.S.-based company To Apply Please submit: Resume Brief introduction video (optional but preferred) Examples of AI or automation projects you have worked on List of AI tools/platforms you have used Your hourly rate Your availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours
