Shopify Store Manager

We own Work N Gear, a brick-and-mortar workwear retailer with 6 stores in the Northeast, and we recently launched our Shopify site. We are looking for a hands-on Shopify Growth Manager to own our ecommerce growth end to end. The core goal is simple: drive profitable online revenue. You will be responsible for improving the Shopify storefront, creating and managing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook campaigns, optimizing product pages and collections, tracking performance, and continuously testing ways to increase conversion and sales. We already have email marketing support, so this role is focused primarily on: Google Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns Shopify storefront cleanup and conversion optimization Product page, collection page, and homepage improvements Tracking, reporting, and attribution setup Promotion planning and landing page optimization Weekly performance reporting with clear next steps This is not a pure “ads buyer” role. We need someone who can look at the whole ecommerce funnel and take ownership of making the site produce revenue. The ideal candidate has experience growing Shopify stores, preferably in retail, apparel, footwear, workwear, sporting goods, tools, or similar physical product categories.
