Summary

Continuation of an existing barbershop system (NestJS API + Next.js dashboard + customer app, already in production). This milestone completes the project by delivering the mobile app: Finalize the React Native app, mirroring the web app's features (membership tiers, partners/vouchers, live queue, raffles, account). Build for Android and iOS. Publish to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (signing, store listing, assets, review submission). Final fixes through to live approval on both stores. Client provides: Apple Developer ($99/yr) and Google Play Console ($25 one-time) accounts (or authorization to create them), plus store assets.
