AI Solutions Architect

26ers is building Human + AI operating systems that help organizations improve decision quality, execution speed, and organizational leverage. We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect who can transform customer discovery outputs into actionable solution designs, implementation plans, delivery-ready architectures, and implementation guidance for technical delivery teams. This role works closely with customer-facing architects and leadership teams to transform discovery outputs into practical AI system designs that can be implemented by technical delivery teams. The ideal candidate can rapidly leverage AI tools and structured methodologies to convert meeting transcripts, workshop outputs, workflow assessments, and business requirements into solution blueprints, implementation plans, statements of work, architecture documentation, and developer-ready guidance. Responsibilities • Review discovery notes, workshop outputs, meeting transcripts, and business requirements • Analyze current-state workflows and identify AI transformation opportunities • Design Human + AI operating models, agentic workflows, and operational systems that improve execution and decision-making • Create solution blueprints, implementation plans, technical requirements, and statements of work • Translate business objectives into delivery-ready architecture documents • Produce high-quality architecture deliverables that enable efficient implementation by developers and delivery teams • Collaborate with customer-facing architects, implementation developers, and technical delivery teams • Design systems that incorporate governance, security, compliance, and operational requirements • Contribute to reusable 26ers methodologies, frameworks, templates, and institutional knowledge • Design systems that capture, structure, and operationalize organizational knowledge and institutional learning • Review and validate AI-generated architecture outputs, recommendations, and implementation artifacts for completeness, accuracy, and operational viability Ideal Experience • Experience designing AI-powered business workflows and operational systems • Strong understanding of OpenAI, Claude, and modern LLM-based solution design • Experience using AI tools to accelerate solution design, documentation, analysis, and architecture development workflows • Experience with workflow orchestration platforms, AI agents, automation systems, and API-based architectures • Strong understanding of data governance, information security, and enterprise AI deployment considerations • Experience translating business requirements into solution architectures, implementation plans, statements of work, and technical documentation • Experience creating implementation blueprints and delivery documentation for engineering teams • Strong business analysis and workflow mapping capabilities • Experience conducting current-state and future-state process analysis • Strong written communication skills and ability to produce executive-ready deliverables • Ability to leverage AI tools to rapidly produce architecture drafts, blueprints, requirements documents, implementation plans, training materials, and customer deliverables Nice to Have • Experience with Gemini, MCP, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks • Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or workflow automation platforms • Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and organizational knowledge systems • Experience building or deploying multi-agent systems • Government, healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industry experience • Startup, founder, or early-stage company experience • Experience designing systems that capture institutional knowledge, operational learning, or organizational intelligence • Military, consulting, enterprise software, or transformation leadership experience Success in this Role • Effectively leverage AI to increase architecture throughput while maintaining quality, governance, and implementation readiness • Quickly transform customer conversations and discovery outputs into structured solution designs • Produce clear implementation plans that developers can execute against • Create high-quality architecture blueprints, statements of work, and delivery documentation • Reduce the time required to move from customer discovery to implementation readiness • Balance innovation, governance, security, and operational realities • Help organizations move from AI experimentation to operational execution Application Please include: • A brief overview of your relevant experience • Examples of solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, statements of work, implementation plans, or technical documentation you have created • The AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, and automation tools you have used in production environments • An example of how you would transform a customer discovery conversation into an implementation-ready solution design This role may begin on a contract basis and expand into a longer-term strategic partnership as 26ers grows.
