Lead Generation Systems Strategist (Not an Automation Technician)

I'm looking for a systems thinker, not a software expert. Please read this entire post before applying. What I need is someone who can think clearly about business systems and customer journeys. The Project I am helping a med spa owner build a repeatable lead generation system that can help her transition toward operating the business full-time over the next 12 months. The goal is NOT to build a giant automation machine. The goal is to create a simple system that attracts leads, nurtures them, and turns them into appointments. Think strategy first. Technology second. What I Want To Understand Pretend you are explaining this to a smart business owner who knows nothing about automation. In plain English: How would a prospect first discover the offer? What would cause them to raise their hand? What information would you collect? What happens immediately after they respond? What happens over the next 30 days? What would make them eventually book? What would you build first? What would you deliberately NOT build yet? What would success look like after 90 days? Example Of The Level Of Detail I'm Looking For Bad Answer: "I would build a ManyChat funnel integrated with GoHighLevel, Make.com, AI agents, and CRM automations." Good Answer: "First I would create a simple gift card offer. The prospect sees the offer on Facebook. They enter their information to receive the gift card. Immediately after opting in, they receive the gift card and a short welcome message. Over the next two weeks, they receive educational content, social proof, and reminders to book. I would measure opt-ins, consultations booked, and treatments sold before adding any additional complexity." See the difference? One describes software. The other describes what actually happens.
