About Swank A Posh Swank A Posh is a women's fashion brand specializing in premium stretch denim and apparel. We are building one of the largest TikTok Shop creator programs in fashion and are looking for someone to help recruit, manage, and grow our affiliate creator community. This is not a basic virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who understands people, communication, organization, and creator management. Your Role Your responsibility is to build and manage our TikTok Shop creator program from the ground up. This includes recruiting creators, onboarding them, maintaining relationships, following up consistently, organizing creator information, tracking performance, and ensuring creators publish content featuring our products. You will become the primary point of contact for our creator community. Responsibilities Recruit qualified TikTok Shop affiliate creators every day. Build relationships with creators through direct messages, voice notes, and follow-up. Review creator applications and determine if they match our target customer. Onboard creators into our affiliate program. Coordinate product sample requests. Track shipments and creator deliverables. Ensure creators publish required content. Maintain an organized creator database. Build a positive creator community. Provide daily and weekly progress reports. Work closely with our CEO to identify high-performing creators. Qualifications Previous experience recruiting TikTok Shop creators. Experience managing influencer or affiliate programs. Excellent written and verbal English. Highly organized. Strong communication skills. Comfortable building long-term relationships. Able to work independently. Fashion experience is a plus. 45-Day Paid Trial This position begins with a 45-day paid performance trial. The first 15 days will focus on recruiting creators, onboarding them, and shipping samples. The remaining 30 days will focus on creator activation, content production, and affiliate sales. If successful, this position has the opportunity to become a long-term role. Success Metrics (KPIs) During the 45-day trial you will be expected to: Recruit 200 qualified TikTok Shop creators. Successfully activate 170 creators. Manage the shipment of product samples. Ensure each active creator publishes a minimum of 5 original TikTok videos featuring our products. Total content goal: 850 creator videos. Track creator-generated sales. Maintain an accurate creator database. Submit weekly performance reports. Compensation This is a 45-day paid trial. Compensation includes: Fixed base payment. Performance bonus based on successfully achieving the agreed KPIs. Outstanding performance may lead to a long-term position with increased compensation.
