Client Onboarding Project Manager for Remote Marketing Agency

We're a remote marketing agency serving Internet Service Providers, and we need a sharp Project Manager to own client onboarding from "Sold" to "Live." You'll coordinate with our sales and ops teams, build and manage onboarding timelines, and make sure every campaign and tracking link launches on time. When something slips, you fix it before the client ever feels it. What we're looking for: - 3+ years in project management or client onboarding (agency or SaaS preferred) - Obsessed with timelines, documentation, and getting it right the first time - Confident communicator who can run a meeting with a client or a sales team - CRM experience a plus (we use GoHighLevel) This is a long-term role with real ownership.
