We are a leading provider of premium furnished apartments across Canada and Latin America, managing hundreds of units across multiple destinations. We distribute our inventory across major OTAs including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, and direct channels. We are looking for an experienced OTA Listing Optimization Specialist to maximize visibility, conversion, and ranking across our distribution channels. Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented specialist with proven experience optimizing listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and ideally Expedia Group. The ideal candidate understands OTA algorithms, conversion optimization, SEO, pricing strategies, and listing merchandising. This role will directly impact occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance across hundreds of listings. Key Responsibilities Listing Optimization Audit and optimize existing listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia. Improve listing titles, descriptions, amenities, house rules, and content structure. Optimize photo ordering and gallery strategy to maximize conversion. Ensure all listings follow OTA best practices and algorithm requirements. Standardize listing templates across markets and property types. SEO & Conversion Optimization Research and implement OTA-specific SEO strategies. Improve search ranking and visibility. Increase listing conversion rates and booking performance. Analyze competitor listings and identify optimization opportunities. Channel Management Ensure consistency across all OTA channels. Identify missing amenities, attributes, and filters affecting visibility. Recommend improvements for guest experience and review scores. Collaborate with Revenue Management and Distribution teams. Performance Analysis Track KPIs including: Search ranking Conversion rate Occupancy ADR (Average Daily Rate) Revenue per listing Review score impact Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of experience optimizing Airbnb listings. Experience with Booking.com listing management and optimization. Strong understanding of OTA algorithms and ranking factors. Excellent copywriting skills in English. Experience analyzing listing performance data. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. Preferred Experience with Expedia Group and VRBO. Experience with PMS systems such as: Guesty Hostaway Lodgify Rentals United Revenue management experience. Hospitality or vacation rental industry background. Experience managing portfolios of 100+ listings.
