GHL Technical Support & Studio Success Specialist We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Technical Support Specialist to assist our customers with onboarding, setup, support, and ongoing platform use. We are a GHL agency that provides GHL and studio management tools to dance studios, music schools, performing arts schools, and other class-based businesses. Our customers are often non-technical studio owners, so we need someone who can understand their questions clearly, troubleshoot from inside their GHL sub-account, and provide simple, helpful support. The role includes assisting with new customer onboarding, setting up workflows, forms, calendars, pipelines, automations, tags, email/SMS notifications, and other GHL features. You will also answer support questions via chat/email, complete customer setup tasks, and help ensure studios have a smooth experience using the platform. The ideal candidate will have strong GHL experience, especially working inside sub-accounts, and be confident with workflows, automations, onboarding, and customer support. You should be able to explain technical steps in plain English and support customers who may not be tech-savvy. This is a part-time, remote, long-term role. Requirements: * Strong experience with GoHighLevel * Experience working inside GHL sub-accounts * Confident with workflows, automations, forms, calendars, pipelines, triggers, tags, and CRM setup * Experience in technical support or customer onboarding * Strong written English communication * Ability to explain technical concepts simply * Reliable, organised, and customer-focused * Able to troubleshoot independently and escalate when needed Experience with studios, SaaS support, live chat support, onboarding calls, GHL funnels/websites, DNS/email setup, or automation tools like Zapier/Make would be highly regarded..
