Long-term Video Editor for Real Estate (Viral,Trend)

We are a real estate media company building a scalable content service for real estate agents and brokerages and looking for a long-term video editor as we grow volume over time. This role focuses on fast, engaging edits with strong visual hooks, modern pacing, and trending social media effects designed to capture attention immediately. What You’ll Work With: • Edited property photos • Drone footage • Gimbal/stabilized walkthrough footage • Creative direction and brand notes • Agent Intros Requirements: • Experience editing luxury real estate reels • Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro • Strong visual hooks (first 1–2 seconds) • Motion tracking, masking, object removal • Dynamic captions and kinetic text • Color grading + sound design • Trend-driven reel editing style Bonus: • After Effects • Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, or other AI tools • Advanced motion graphics / VFX Turnaround: • 24–48 hour delivery required per project To Apply: Please send relevant examples: • Luxury real estate reels with strong hooks • Trend-driven social media edits • Animated captions / kinetic text • Motion tracking or masking work • AI/VFX-enhanced edits (if available) Please include: • Rate per reel (7sec, 30sec, 60sec, 90sec) • Turnaround time Applications without relevant real estate reel examples will not be considered.
