Static Asset / Graphic Designer for Industrial 3D Printing Blog
Worldwide
3D People is a London-based industrial 3D printing service. We are seeking a part-time designer to produce consistent, high-quality static visual assets for our monthly written content. This role will cover our blog, newsletter, long-form deep dives, and supporting LinkedIn posts. You will work closely with our writer, producing roughly three to four assets per content piece. Please note that not all assets will be brand new; some will be adaptations or updates of existing material. Asset Selection and Editing A core part of the role involves curating visuals from our existing library of photography, which was taken in and around our London production facility. You will be responsible for editing, formatting, and cleverly repurposing these photos so that everything looks entirely cohesive. A big part of this role is working efficiently—knowing when to adapt, recycle, or update an existing asset to save time, rather than always starting from scratch. Asset Creation We need a highly versatile and pragmatic designer with a clean, professional aesthetic who can seamlessly pivot between graphic layout and technical illustration. Visual consistency is key; you must be able to unify varied source materials into a cohesive brand identity. You should be highly resourceful with your time, demonstrating a knack for maximising output within a fixed part-time schedule by using smart workflow shortcuts and asset recycling. You should also be a strong collaborator who can work alongside our writer to translate complex industrial concepts into clear, engaging visuals. Any experience with 3D rendering or photography is a bonus. How to Apply To apply for this role, please share your relevant portfolio work along with your hourly rate.
