Integrate APIs into FileMaker CRM

We are seeking an experienced developer to integrate multiple APIs into our FileMaker CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of API integration and experience with FileMaker. The project involves connecting various APIs to enhance our business management capabilities. Project Goal We want to consolidate customer interactions from multiple platforms into FileMaker and link all activities to a unique Customer ID. Channels to Integrate • Facebook (Leads, Messenger, comments if possible) • Instagram (Messages and leads) • LinkedIn (Lead forms and inquiries) • Company Website (Contact forms and inquiries) • WhatsApp Business • Microsoft 365 / Outlook Email Requirements 1. Design a customer-centric data structure in FileMaker. 2. Automatically match communications to existing customers using email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, or other identifiers. 3. Create a unique Customer ID system. 4. Store all communication history inside FileMaker. 5. Support future expansion to additional marketing channels. 6. Recommend the best architecture and integration tools.
