B2B Intent Data Specialist Needed for Fresh Software Outsourcing Leads

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales intelligence and intent data specialist to help us identify companies that are actively researching software outsourcing, staff augmentation, dedicated development teams, QA, DevOps, and custom software development services. The most important requirement is fresh intent data, not old or generic lead lists. We are specifically looking for real-time or near real-time buying intent signals, including the latest available activity date or signal timestamp where available. We do not currently have a ZoomInfo subscription. We are looking for a specialist who can provide a compliant lead research service using legally authorized sales intelligence and intent data sources, such as ZoomInfo or similar platforms, only if their license allows them to provide such services and deliverables to clients. Our target markets include the USA, UK, Canada, Gulf region, and Europe.
