About Us We help coaches, founders, consultants, agency owners, and personal brands grow through content strategy, personal branding, and social media. We're looking for a highly detail-oriented Lead Generation Virtual Assistant who can consistently find qualified prospects and organize clean, accurate lead lists. This is not a generic data entry position. We need someone who understands how to research, qualify, and organize high-quality leads. Responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be building targeted lead lists based on specific criteria we provide. Tasks include: Researching potential prospects on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Google Finding decision-makers and business owners Collecting accurate contact information Verifying information before adding it to our database Organizing leads inside Google Sheets or Airtable Following qualification criteria and SOPs Updating lead databases regularly Removing duplicates and maintaining data quality Ideal Lead Types: Examples of prospects include: Coaches Consultants Agency owners Course creators Personal brands Founders Service business owners B2B business owners You will receive detailed ICP criteria and examples. Requirements: Previous lead generation experience Strong internet research skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Strong written English Reliable internet connection Ability to work independently Familiarity with Google Sheets HUGE BONUS if you can give a sample with 10 leads.
