GoHighLevel Expert: CRM & Automation Setup We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to build and configure client sub-accounts for our done-for-you CRM service, for the Childcare/Early Learning sector. This is ongoing work with consistent volume, and we're after a reliable long-term contractor, not a one-off hire. You'll be working from a proven reference account (snapshot) and a clear brief for each build, so you won't be designing from scratch, but you do need to know GHL inside out and work with precision. What each build involves: Creating and branding a new sub-account from our agency account (GHL) Snapshotting our reference account to replicate the proven structure Building personalised email and SMS automations from supplied copy Provisioning a phone number and configuring the email sending domain (SPF/DKIM) Setting up a simple hosted review-gating funnel page Coordinating with the client's marketing agency to connect and test lead flow Ongoing work beyond builds: Periodic checks to ensure each client's reporting dashboard remains accurate Minor maintenance, automation tweaks, and pipeline adjustments as needed You're a great fit if you have: Proven, hands-on GoHighLevel experience (please show examples) Strong command of workflows, triggers, pipelines, and snapshots Experience with phone number provisioning and email/domain authentication Ability to build simple funnel/landing pages in GHL Good written English and reliable communication A detail-oriented, self-directed working style To apply, please include: Examples of GHL sub-accounts or automation systems you've built Your rate per build (considering you will configure from a snapshot and be provided copy) A sentence on your availability and typical turnaround Bonus: if you also have marketing/sales copywriting skills, mention it, we have related work and may engage one person across both.
