Four 20 Second Project Videos

We're looking to produce four short (20-second) videos about four different projects from our company. Each one will focus on a different aspect of the project and tell a short story about it. These videos will blend AI-generated video with actual royalty-free video clips, and the result must be indistinguishable from a cinematically shot video. We're looking to pay a premium for someone who can wear multiple hats: the creative director (working with me to imagine how best to tell the story over 20 seconds for each of the four videos), making strategic decisions on which parts should be sourced from real video clips and which should be AI generated, create the AI videos, then wire it all together and make it pixel perfect in Premier Pro. We're looking for that start-to-finish video creative who cares about output more than process!
