AI Decision Layer and Internal Admin Dashboard Developer

We are building an AI-assisted business automation system connected to GoHighLevel CRM. This role is focused on the AI decision layer, structured AI outputs, rules validation, human review workflow, and a simple internal admin dashboard. The backend middleware will handle GoHighLevel webhooks and CRM updates, while this role will focus on making the system intelligent, visible, and easy to review. The goal is to create a practical workflow where AI suggestions are structured, validated, logged, and reviewable before sensitive actions are taken. Main Responsibilities Build an AI decision layer using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs. Design structured JSON output for AI decisions. Add validation rules so AI output is predictable and safe. Create decision logs that explain why an action was recommended. Support human review and manual override workflows. Build a simple internal admin dashboard. Create pages for webhook events, decision results, failed events, and CRM sync status. Connect the dashboard to backend APIs. Help define safe workflows for AI-assisted CRM actions. Write clear documentation for setup, testing, and handover. Required Skills AI or LLM API integration with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools. Experience with structured JSON AI responses. Prompt design, output validation, and AI safety checks. TypeScript and JavaScript. React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks. Admin dashboard or internal tool development. REST API integration. Basic backend understanding. Ability to work with event data, logs, statuses, and decision records. Git and GitHub workflow. Nice to Have Experience with automation systems, CRM workflows, or business process tools. Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, or knowledge-based AI workflows. Experience with Zod, JSON schema validation, or similar validation tools. Experience with dashboards for logs, analytics, review queues, or operational tools. Experience with role-based access, admin panels, or human approval workflows. Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
