I'm looking for a detail-oriented lead researcher to help build prospect lists for my marketing agency. The work is repeatable and process-driven. I'll provide a clear SOP (standard operating procedure) and training. What you'll do: - Research prospects from a specified source (publisher websites, LinkedIn, podcast directories) - Qualify each prospect against my ICP criteria (Instagram presence, follower count, business signals) - Find their email address via Google search or pattern-guessing - Verify emails using MillionVerifier - Add qualified leads to a Google Sheet with all required information - Update tracking sheets (skip list, ICP-qualified list) Time commitment: - 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday - 20 hours per week Required skills: - Strong attention to detail - Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic spreadsheet work - Good written English (you'll be reading author bios, checking Instagram captions, etc.) - Reliable internet and consistent availability - Patient and methodical (this work rewards consistency over speed) Nice to have: - Previous lead research experience for marketing agencies or sales teams - Familiarity with email verification tools like MillionVerifier - Understanding of B2B outbound and cold email workflows Target output: - Realistic target after a 2-week ramp: 20-25 qualified leads per day. Week 1 will be lower while learning the SOP. About the work: - This is ongoing, not a one-time project. I'm looking for someone to work with for at least 3 months, ideally longer. - The first 2 weeks are a paid trial where we both evaluate fit. - After that, we lock in a longer-term arrangement.
