YouTube Research Assistant — Daily Topic Validation for 3 Faceless News Channels (Ongoing)

I run three monetised YouTube channels covering celebrity news, hip hop, and boxing/MMA. All faceless. Combined 150k+ subscribers and 100M+ views. I write and produce everything myself, I just need someone to handle the daily research so validated topics are ready for me every morning. The role is simple: run a documented research process each day using NexLev and YouTube, find topics that are already proven to be spiking on competitor channels, and drop them into Trello before 9am GMT. 30-45 minutes a day, 6 days a week. A full SOP document is attached, read it before applying. It covers the exact process, daily targets, submission format, and what gets you removed from the role.
