OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer (individual or small agency) to help bring a new consultancy website to life. Teal Digital is a specialist digital delivery consultancy serving the construction and infrastructure sectors. We help organisations improve collaboration, information management and project delivery processes through practical, delivery-focused consulting. We have already developed: * Brand direction * Website structure * Core content * Visual page mock-ups However, these should be viewed as a strong starting point rather than a fixed specification. We are now looking for someone who can combine technical implementation with thoughtful design input to create a polished, professional website. BRAND POSITIONING The website should position Teal Digital as a specialist consultancy operating at the intersection of construction, infrastructure and digital delivery. The overall feel should be: * Professional * Credible * Experienced * Modern * Understated We are deliberately seeking a premium consultancy aesthetic rather than a highly corporate, software vendor or technology-startup style. WEBSITE STRUCTURE The site consists of five primary pages: * Home * About * Services * Insights * Contact Visual mock-ups for all pages have been developed and are as attached. DESIGN APPROACH We have invested considerable effort in developing the content, structure and visual direction of the website. However, we welcome thoughtful recommendations that improve: * User experience * Responsiveness * Typography * Layout * Content presentation * Conversion performance * Overall visual consistency While remaining faithful to the established brand direction.
