US-based candidates strongly preferred for client-facing strategy work. --- ๐ About the Role O8 is a B2B-focused digital marketing agency based in Minneapolis. We're growing fast โ two new accounts are coming on board and our existing delivery team is fully utilized. We need a seasoned digital marketing strategist who can plug in immediately and own full-service digital marketing execution for client accounts. This is a part-time engagement (5โ10 hrs/week to start) with real room to grow as accounts scale. You'll work alongside our PMs, developers, and content team to drive strategy and results across paid media, content, SEO, and analytics. Agency experience is required โ you need to be comfortable owning multiple client accounts simultaneously and communicating directly with client stakeholders. --- ๐ Key Responsibilities - Own full-service digital marketing strategy and execution for assigned B2B client accounts - Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) - Lead content strategy and editorial calendar planning in coordination with the content team - Oversee SEO strategy and provide clear, actionable execution guidance - Build and maintain analytics dashboards; deliver clear, client-facing performance reporting - Collaborate with O8's delivery team (PMs, developers, content specialists) to align execution with strategy - Communicate strategy updates, wins, and recommendations directly with clients --- โจ We're looking for someone who: - Has 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with significant time spent at a marketing agency managing multiple client accounts simultaneously - Has strong B2B marketing strategy chops โ knows how to drive pipeline and generate qualified leads in complex buying cycles - Can own and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta with proven, measurable ROI - Is fluent in analytics โ GA4, Google Ads reporting, dashboards โ and can tell a clear story with data - Communicates confidently with clients and cross-functional internal teams - Is organized, self-directed, and able to deliver without heavy oversight --- ๐ก Nice-to-haves: - Healthcare or professional services vertical experience - HubSpot or GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM familiarity - AEO / AI search optimization experience (we're actively investing here) - Experience working in Notion-based project management environments --- ๐ Why Join O8? - Work with a collaborative, supportive team dedicated to helping clients achieve measurable growth. - Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly work environment that values work-life balance, cultural exploration, diversity, travel, and being a good human. - Grow your career in a company committed to transparency, agility, and innovation. --- ๐ค Equal Opportunity Employer At O8, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. --- ๐ซ Please do not contact our company directly.
