Instagram / Facebook ad Campaign Creator

Summary of problem: Tried running Facebook and Instagram ads, but was not performing well in conversions, need an expert in this field for a one-time creation of an ad campaign through meta ads manager. (Only was running one ad, Click costs where exponential, around $15.) Background: -Dental consulting company that does: 1. KPI benchmarking 2. Peer-to-Peer analysis 3. Supplier Savings . What I'm looking for: -Someone to create copy & create campaigns for me on instagram and Facebook. -(Preferred) Someone to also create the visual aspect of the ad aswell (will pay an additional $100 if you can do so aswell, please bid $400 if that is something you can offer) -Someone who has had experience in the dental / healthcare industry. -!IMPORTANT!
