Outbound Dialer – B2B Lead Qualification (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

Summary

We're a small performance marketing agency running appointment generation campaigns for B2B clients across the US. As we scale, we need a reliable dialer to work through lead lists and move qualified prospects toward booked appointments. This isn't a pitch-heavy sales role. You're warming up inbound and semi-warm leads who've already shown interest — your job is to qualify them, handle basic objections, and get them on the calendar. What you'll be doing: Working through lead lists via a provided CRM, making outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers, logging call outcomes and disposition notes, and handing off qualified prospects for a follow-up appointment. What we're looking for: Someone who's comfortable on the phone all day, has experience working CRMs and dialers, speaks clearly and professionally, and can follow a script while sounding natural. B2B experience is a plus. Hours & Pay: Part-time, roughly 3–4 hours per day. Expected monthly earnings of $1,000–$1,500 depending on output and reliability.
