Summary

The project will begin with transferring our existing GoHighLevel sub-account into a new standalone GoHighLevel account. This includes migrating all relevant assets, such as contacts, opportunities, calendars, email and SMS other critical account data. The transfer should be completed with minimal disruption while ensuring all functionality is properly tested and operational within the new independent account. Once the migration is complete, the project includes designing and implementing a complete sales pipeline that manages prospects from initial inquiry through event completion. The pipeline should be structured to effectively track incoming leads, contacted leads, scheduled tours, completed tours, proposals sent, contracts sent, invoices sent, deposits received, booked events, final payment reminders, completed events, and inactive or lost opportunities. You will be responsible for configuring lead capture forms, integrating website inquiries, importing and organizing existing contacts, creating a tagging and segmentation strategy, and setting up opportunity management. The system should include automated SMS and email workflows for immediate lead response, tour confirmations, tour reminders, no-show follow-ups, proposal reminders, contract reminders, invoice reminders, payment reminders, re-engagement campaigns, missed-call text-back automation, and post-event review requests. We also require calendar and scheduling functionality to be configured for venue tours, including online appointment booking, automated confirmations, reminder sequences, and rescheduling workflows. The booking experience should be simple and seamless for prospective clients while reducing manual administrative work for our team. Contract and invoice processes should be automated wherever possible, including workflow triggers, notifications, reminders, and status updates, to create a streamlined customer experience and improve operational efficiency. The final result should be a fully optimized, standalone GoHighLevel account that is organized, scalable, and designed to support the growth of our event venue business.
