YouTube Video Editor & Content Repurposing Specialist (Long-Term) About Us We are building a personal brand focused on entrepreneurship, property, business growth, lifestyle, travel and investing. This is not a corporate channel. We are documenting the real journey of building businesses, acquiring properties, working with councils, meeting investors, travelling, solving problems and scaling operations. We’re looking for a talented editor who can help turn raw footage into engaging content that people genuinely want to watch. What You’ll Be Editing Content may include: * Property viewings and acquisitions * Business meetings * Investor meetings * Refurbishment projects * Travel content * Lifestyle content * Day-in-the-life footage * Behind-the-scenes business operations * Entrepreneurial journey content Weekly Deliverables * 1 x YouTube video (15–30 minutes) * 10–20 Shorts/Reels/TikToks from the long-form content * Captions and subtitles * Sound design and music * Motion graphics where appropriate * Basic thumbnail creation (bonus) What We’re Looking For * Strong storytelling ability * Experience editing YouTube content * Experience creating engaging short-form content * Understanding of viewer retention and pacing * Ability to find the best moments from raw footage * Fluent English communication * Reliable turnaround times * Long-term mindset Growth Opportunity We are not looking for a one-off freelancer. We want to build a long-term relationship with the right editor. The successful candidate will receive: * Weekly base payment * Regular pay increases based on performance * Increased compensation as the channel grows * Performance bonuses for exceptional results * Potential profit-sharing opportunities for the right long-term candidate We believe people who help build something valuable should benefit from its success.
