I am looking for a talent sourcer to help me find Malay native UGC creators and content creators in Malaysia for a short-term project. Task: Identify and reach out to potential creators. Introduce them to our content creation opportunity. Collect their contact information and confirm their interest. Deliver qualified creator leads to our team. Requirements Experience with talent sourcing, recruiting, influencer outreach, or creator partnerships is a plus. Ability to communicate professionally through social media platforms and messaging apps. Familiarity with the Malaysian creator community is preferred. Deliverables We need 8 qualified and interested creators by Saturday. A qualified lead is a creator who: Matches the requested profile. Responds positively to the opportunity and interested to collaborate. Agrees to be contacted by our team for further details. Compensation for Sourcer. Fixed payment: $50 Payment will be released after delivery and verification of 8 qualified creator contacts. Additional Information Scripts, content guidelines, and project details will be provided directly to creators. This may lead to ongoing collaboration if results are satisfactory.
