Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer & Fractional CTO for Multi-Tenant SaaS Platforms

I'm a non-technical founder building a SaaS product and looking for a senior engineer who can work with me long term as a technical partner. Initially, I'm looking for a few hours per week. The goal is to have regular meetings where we discuss product direction, technical decisions, architecture, priorities, and review progress together. I need someone who can help me make good product and technical decisions, review code quality, identify potential issues early, and guide the development process as the product grows. This is not just a coding role. I'm looking for someone who can think like a Fractional CTO while also being capable of jumping into the codebase when needed. Our product is a multi-tenant SaaS platform and the current stack includes: React Next.js Node.js TypeScript JavaScript PostgreSQL Supabase AWS We're also building AI-powered features and would like someone familiar with: OpenAI Claude AI Agents MCP Servers AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Lovable, Bolt, or similar Ideal experience: Building and scaling SaaS products Multi-tenant architectures Reviewing and improving existing codebases Working directly with founders Product and technical roadmap planning Startup or Fractional CTO experience To start, we'd like to have weekly strategy and review meetings, with additional hands-on technical involvement as needed.
