Summary

We're a YouTube-specialist agency. We grow YouTube channels for businesses and creators, and we sell a programme (YouTube Income Accelerator) teaching people to do it themselves. Our founder, David, has a 50K-subscriber channel in tech/stocks/AI and grew a partner creator from 40K to 400K+ subscribers and $1M+ in channel revenue. We have real assets and almost no one driving them forward: a 50K YouTube channel, 10K on X, and a creator partner who reposts our content to 400K people. Right now all of it only moves when David personally pushes it. That's the problem you solve. ## The role in one line **You own our content marketing across X and the YouTube channel so David doesn't have to be in every post.** You'll write in David's founder voice, grow both accounts, create the lead magnets and CTAs that turn attention into interest, and proactively grab this and run with it — not wait for tasks. You fill the top of the funnel; our Sales team works the leads you generate. ## What you'll actually do Roughly in priority order: 1. **X posts & growth + YouTube channel content (equal focus).** Write and schedule posts and channel content in David's voice, and grow both accounts. 2. **DC channel plan & CTAs in videos.** Own the content plan for David's YouTube channel and write the calls-to-action inside the videos that point viewers toward our offers. 3. **Lead magnets.** Create the free assets (guides, hooks, freebies) that turn attention into interest at the top of the funnel. 4. **Affiliates.** Manage and grow our affiliate relationships — including our creator partner who reposts our content to 400K+ people — to drive more traffic our way. 5. **Support the founder's personal brand.** Not owning it yet — but the content you make is what positions David across X, YouTube and beyond. **Where you stop:** you fill the top of the funnel — attention, content, demand. You do **not** work leads, run DMs, or take sales calls. The moment someone raises a hand, they're handed to Sales. Your job is to make sure Sales never runs dry. ## What we need from you - **You write — you don't just coordinate.** You'll produce posts and scripts yourself, in someone else's voice, and get it right. This is the core skill. - **Founder voice, UK English.** Direct, human, no corporate jargon. Words we ban: *playbook, system, framework, leverage, compounds, synergy.* "Monetisation," not "monetization." - **Proof of content that performed.** Show us posts, threads, scripts or channels you've grown — with numbers. Specific and real beats big and vague. - **Self-starter.** We've been burned by people who do the doing but never take anything forward. We need someone who says "let's go" and runs. - **Understands YouTube and X natively** — retention, hooks, titles, thumbnails as concepts you already think in. Nice to have: experience with Tweet Hunter (we use it to schedule), Skool, or running a creator/agency content channel before. ## How we work - Weekly written async update is a condition of the role, not a favour — what you shipped, what's next, what's stuck. (We've learned this the hard way.) - 12–17:00 BST/GMT overlap every working day. - You'll get the X rules doc, the brand voice notes, channel access, and direct access to David.
