About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tech Support Assistant to join our team to set up https://www.hubspot.com/ system for our company. In this role, you will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot basic IT issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of systems and devices. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in IT or looking to grow their technical skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to employees or customers via email, chat, or phone Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions Document technical issues and solutions in the support system Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist with setup of new devices Ensure timely resolution of support requests Requirements Understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, IP) Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus
