UI/UX Designer Needed for Patient Health Records Request Portal

Summary We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to improve the proposed interface for a patient-facing self-serve portal allowing patients to request copies of their medical records. Our developer has already built the functional foundation. We are not looking for backend development. We need a designer to make the experience clear, trustworthy, mobile-first, and easy for patients to complete. Best practices should be utilized. This is a healthcare workflow involving identity verification, consent, electronic signature, payment, and confirmation. The interface must feel secure, professional, and reassuring. THE PORTAL SHOULD INCLUDE: * Landing / introduction page * Identity verification * Doctor or practice confirmation * Consent / authorization * Electronic signature * Secure payment * Confirmation / next steps * Error and help states PLEASE HELP US CREATE: * A polished mobile-first UI * Improved page hierarchy and layout * Trust-building design elements * Clear progress indicators * Better button placement, typography, spacing, and colours * Reassuring microcopy around privacy, security, payment, and next steps * Error states and help messaging * Developer-ready designs, preferably in Figma IDEAL EXPERIENCE Experience with healthcare, financial, legal, insurance, government, patient portals, or other trust-sensitive workflows is strongly preferred.
