We work with a big influencer, Eddie Abbew (8m+ followers across platforms).  We are looking for a talented and dedicated Video Editor who excels in a fast-paced working environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results. Role: The purpose of this role is to produce direct-response ad creatives and other editing tasks that is highly engaging and converting. Your success if based on speed and minimal revisions needed. Responsibilities: - Edit 2-3 video ad concepts per day, including 3-5 hook variations) - Use relevant b-roll to visually portray the script (from assets folder, source online, or create using AI tools) - Make variations/iterations of ad creatives when requested - Maintain organised management and naming of assets - Edit organic short-form content when required Results: - Max 24 hours per assigned task - Max. 1 revision needed per edit - 30-min turnaround on organic short-form reels when requested Requirements: Experience - 1 year of video ads editing experience - Some experience in AI image/video generation Skills - SPEED - Eye for visual storytelling - Attention-to-detail - Perfect English spelling & grammar - Organised and proactive BONUS: Familiar with AI tools like NanoBanana, HeyGen, Kling, etc. Compensation: - Commitment: Full-time, 5 days a week - Pay: $1000/month salary + performance bonuses Probation period of 14 days. Bonuses unlock after the probation period.
