About the Role I am seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented recruiting assistant who can help me prepare for upcoming job opportunities by managing end‑to‑end job‑search readiness. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, resume optimization, and LinkedIn research. Responsibilities You will help me get fully prepared and positioned for the job market by handling tasks such as: Resume Optimization: Review my current resume and tailor it to target roles Identify skill gaps and recommend improvements Align resume language with current market expectations Market & Role Research: Identify relevant job openings across platforms Analyze job descriptions to extract real requirements vs. “nice to haves” Provide insights on trending skills, keywords, and hiring patterns LinkedIn & Recruiter Outreach: Review which recruiters are viewing or contacting me Suggest who I should reach out to and how Draft short outreach messages when needed Monitor recruiter activity and flag relevant opportunities Application Readiness: Prepare tailored versions of my resume for specific roles Help me stay organized with job applications, follow-ups, and deadlines Familiarity with Tech, SaaS, or enterprise roles
