We are proactive advisors who work year-round to reduce tax burdens and grow wealth for business owners and high-net-worth individuals. Our pipeline is the bridge between the clients who need us and the team that can help them. That bridge is what this role builds and maintains. THE ROLE The Leads Coordinator drives the Activity pillar of our growth model — executing and optimizing the campaigns, outreach, and automation that move qualified prospects through the pipeline. This is an execution role with real visibility. Your results are measurable and tied directly to firm growth. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns — email, LinkedIn, SMS, and paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) Set up and optimize automated email sequences to nurture leads and increase conversions; utilize A/B testing and segmentation Coordinate webinars, podcasts, and event guest outreach; manage event logistics and Microsoft Teams setup including auto-emails and CRM integrations Develop promotional campaigns across email (Eventbrite), SMS, social media, and ads to drive event registrations Manage live session chat rooms to engage attendees, identify sales opportunities, and follow up post-event to drive conversions Direct Outreach & Engagement Execute personalized cold outreach and LinkedIn messaging; craft persuasive emails to maximize responses and conversions Research and implement AI tools to optimize engagement and streamline messaging workflows Manage chatbot conversations for lead capture and qualification Confidently handle sales opportunities and guide prospects through the nurture and conversion process Pipeline, Automation & Reporting Oversee the sales pipeline — ensure leads move efficiently from marketing to sales using HubSpot and Apollo Qualify, assign, and track leads; implement targeted nurture strategies to keep prospects engaged Analyze email campaign performance, optimize open rates, and refine messaging based on data insights Report weekly KPIs; align sales and marketing teams with real-time pipeline data CRITICAL SKILLS Campaign Execution: Multi-channel digital marketing — email, LinkedIn, SMS, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Email Automation & Lead Nurture: Setting up and optimizing automated email sequences, segmentation, and A/B testing CRM & Pipeline Management: Qualifying leads, tracking pipeline, and managing workflows in HubSpot and Apollo Sales Outreach: Confident in email, SMS, and LinkedIn outreach; skilled at handling objections and guiding prospects to conversion Analytical Mindset: Analyzing campaign performance data and acting on it to improve results Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication for personalized outreach and engagement DESIRABLE SKILLS Event coordination — Microsoft Teams setup, CRM integrations, live session management AI tools familiarity — researching and implementing tools to enhance engagement Creative content development for digital platforms to attract and nurture leads 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing or lead generation role WHO YOU ARE Collaborative — you work well within a team and contribute to shared goals Reliable and accountable — dependable, with strong ownership of tasks and deadlines Adaptable — comfortable in a fast-moving environment; you pivot without losing momentum A continuous learner — you actively seek ways to improve your skills and results Self-directed — you don't wait to be told what needs attention COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE Full-time · Fully remote · Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
