DevOps / AWS CI/CD Expert Needed for Production Pipeline — Flutter + Django + ECS

We need an experienced DevOps/AWS engineer to design and improve our full deployment pipeline across: Development → Staging → Production Our stack includes: AWS ECS / EC2 / ALB / CloudWatch Docker / ECR GitHub branches: development, staging, production Django backend Flutter web/mobile frontend Firebase Redis / ElastiCache RDS PostgreSQL Main goals: Build a safe CI/CD pipeline from GitHub to AWS Automate backend deployments to ECS Automate frontend web builds and deployment Add staging validation before production promotion Improve rollback process Add CloudWatch/logging/deployment checks Protect secrets and environment variables Document the full release process clearly Must have experience with: AWS ECS, ECR, ALB, IAM, CloudWatch GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools Docker-based deployments Staging/production release workflows Secure secret handling Rollback and monitoring best practices Nice to have: Django backend experience Flutter web/mobile deployment experience Firebase experience Startup/product launch experience Deliverables: Clean CI/CD pipeline for dev, staging, and production Safe deployment and rollback process Environment-specific config management Deployment validation checklist Documentation for future developers Important: We need someone senior who can inspect our current setup first, improve what already exists, and avoid unnecessary rebuilds.
