What you'll be doing Sketch & concept Simple rendering CAD modeling (Build precise parametric 3D models with correct tolerances, wall thickness, and thread specs) CNC-ready output(Deliver STEP / IGES + fully dimensioned 2D drawings (PDF/DXF) ready for machining Example parts (not exhaustive) Foot pegs Brake levers Bar clamps Handlebar ends Sprocket covers Axle blocks Chain guides Mounting brackets To be considered, please include the following in your proposal: - 2–3 portfolio samples of CNC metal parts you've designed (photos of finished parts preferred) - Which CAD software you use and your preferred file format for deliverables - Brief description of your sketch-to-file workflow for a new part Your estimated turnaround per part (concept → final files)
